Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your haircut or hair color, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. In this case, we offer a free touch-up.
Refunds are generally excluded unless there is a demonstrable error on our part. In this case, we will review your request individually and offer you either a repair or a partial refund.
Please note:
Refunds for services already provided are not possible if you subsequently change your mind or are dissatisfied with the result, provided that no fault has occurred on our part.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
