Appointment scheduling and cancellation
Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online. We kindly request that you cancel in a timely manner, at least 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or in case of no-shows, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.Services and prices
All services and prices offered are available on the website. Prices are subject to change and errors excepted. Final costs depend on the actual work involved and will be communicated on site.pay
Payment is made directly after the service is provided in the salon. Cash and major card payments are accepted.Liability
We accept no liability for damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., allergies, hair condition). Individual results may vary depending on hair structure and care.Complaint
Should a customer be dissatisfied with the result, this must be communicated within 7 days of the appointment. In this case, we offer a revision. Refunds are excluded unless the error is on our part.Data protection
Personal data is used exclusively for appointment scheduling and customer support and will not be shared with third parties. Statutory data protection regulations apply.Final Provisions
By booking an appointment, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. Amendments and additions must be in writing. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
